Liability Waiver

I, the accepting participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of my participation in the retreat:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the retreat may involve activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, exposure to natural elements, travel, and unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

Release of Liability: I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Brandon Clay (the “retreat organizer”) and Camp Copass, their employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise in connection with my participation in the retreat, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

Personal Responsibility: I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being during the retreat. This includes adhering to any rules, guidelines, or instructions provided by the retreat organizers.

Medical and Emergency Situations: I affirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the retreat activities. In the event of a medical emergency, I consent to receive necessary medical treatment and assume responsibility for any associated costs.

Media: I understand that pictures and videos are taken and I hereby give permission for the use of such pictures and videos for promotion of Fishing for Men Ministries.

Agreement to Terms: I know and understand that there are dangers and risks associated with my participation in the Fishing for Men Ministries’ retreat and use of the Camp Copass and Retreat premises, and I have read this agreement and fully understand its contents.
